beach concessionaires pt2 kempy 1939

It took 6 months to track down Kempy to hear some of his beach stories ....6 months!
i was starting to feel a little bit like Clouseau’s inadequate sidekick

out of the 10 or more concessionaires that provide Wyatt&Jack with material for bags, Kempy has been working the beach the longest.
