Have You Met The Mermaids?

This week, we added two new additions to our Rainbow Mermaid Family…

Our original rainbow mermaid bag, was made in collaboration with Lindsey Cole, who was swimming the length of the Thames, dressed in a mermaid tail, to raise awareness of plastic pollution within our waterways. She wanted to use it to hold her mermaid tail whilst she gave talks on plastic awareness to local schools- what a legend!

Anyway, the response to the initial bag was so great- that it sold out almost immediately…!!

We then went on to develop the range, to include other styles…

As our fabrics are from limited sources and we never know which colours we may be receiving, the mermaid were then taken off sale and have only just made a comeback [we don’t know for how long yet, it always depends on how long the fabrics last…]

Anyway, we would like to welcome the new additions… especially the NEWEST addition, the rainbow mermaid poncho!! WoooP!

The rainbow poncho is especially special, as its a new way of working for us entirely…

Once you purchase your poncho, Rachel [our resident pattern cutter] will then work with you throughout the whole design process, to make sure you have the colour and fit that you need, so its completely unique to you!
