This is VERY exciting!

Our BRAND SHINY NEW subscription service!

We get asked a lot about how we make our bags, so we decided to go one better and put together a special kit, so you can make them yourself!

We've designed a special My W&J label, which shows the bag has been made by YOU! It also means you can share your bag makes on social media with the hashtag #myw&j so everyone else can see what you've been up to also!

Each month, we will send you a new bag to make at home, each one has been specially designed and adapted by our team, to ensure your bag can be made on a regular domestic sewing machine!

Not only that, but these bags will not be available on our website and will change each month, so you will have a truly limited edition piece!
Each month you will also receive a private subscribers only email link to our new

'My W&J' tutorial channel, where our Production Manager Beki, will walk you through the process of making your bag, step by step!

Month one includes a large zip clutch, made from salvaged paddling pool and inflatable airbeds as a little gift from us to you- to store all your bag making bits and pieces!

Our bags are sent to you via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, once your order has been completed / made by us

UK shipping is £4.50 and FREE UK over £65

We use stitched brown paper sacks, gummed Kraft tape and recycled tissue paper- PLASTIC FREE packaging, plus, your stitched sack is tough enough to be used again and completely recyclable.

We kindly ask that all returns/ repairs are sent back to us, in their original packaging

Teeny tiny orders [small pouches etc] are also sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as a large letter, these items are not tracked

Can I change my delivery address?
We will try REALLY hard to help you with this, however if the order has already been put through the Royal Mail system our end then we can't change it, [basically if you need it changed then email hello@wyattandjack.com sooner rather than later!]
Can I add to my order?
Unfortunately not, we can't amend anything our end once its placed.
For custom enquiries, please email production@wyattandjack.com
I forgot to use my discount code, can you do that for me?
We're unable to add this retrospectively unfortunately! The magic website robots do all that for us...
Can I combine orders to save on postage?
It depends, each situation is different and we understand that, mostly everything order processing -related works through a fully automated system of computer witchcraft that we can't amend manually, so best to send an email to hello@wyattandjack.com and we'll see what we can do...
Can I track my order?
Yep! Once the item has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number
How long will my orders take to arrive?
We try [really hard!] to dispatch all orders within 2 working days [please see Covid-19 prevention policy/update here]
BUT we are a sustainable manufacturing facility, so every single one of our bags is made to order- by hand... we like to give ourselves a couple of days grace on that front, so we don't disappoint!

Can I have an item made in specific materials / colours?

If it is an existing product on our website that you would like in different colours or materials then yep, its possible!

Please email production@wyattandjack.com for more info

How can I remove crinkles from my bag?

Please do remember- our fabrics are ALL salvaged- the odd mark and crinkle adds to the character and should be expected. If you would like to flatten the fabric of your bag, we recommend placing it face down, underneath some books/magazines on a flat surface, overnight. The remaining creases will drop out gradually during daily use
